Operation of the PineTime/InfiniTime:
General:
Interaction from the previous table:
No. 1: Goal: Set “Daily steps goal” to 10,000 steps (Action planning)
a) Standby mode or off state of the PineTime.

b) Display home screen (time, date, battery remaining, heart rate, step count).

c) Display overview of apps menu, page 1/3 (scrollbar),
Access gesture: swipe from bottom to top (from home screen).

→ 12 apps: Stopwatch, Music Player, Navigation, Steps, Heart Rate, Timer, Paint, Ping Pong Game, Two Game, Motion Sensor, Metronome, Alarm.
d) Display of the “Steps” app, accessed by tapping the “Steps” app button in the app overview.

Display:
Center: current number of steps taken, here: 0 steps
Below: numerical value of “daily steps goal,” here: 10,000 steps.
Graphical progress bar (gray), gradually changes to dark blue as progress is made.
e) Ways to wake the PineTime from standby (depending on settings):

f)Alternatives:
“raise-wrist” (lift wrist) to wake Pinetime from standby.

g) “single tap” / “double tap” (1x/2x tap) to wake Pinetime from standby.

No. 3: Access the general settings menu.
h) Swipe gesture (from left to right) to access the general settings menu.

i) Display of the general settings menu (contrast, flashlight, sound on/off, settings).

No. 4: Access specific settings (gear icon),
j) tap on the gear to open the specific settings menu.

Setting the daily goal: (“daily steps goal”).

n) Press the “+” button to increase the value by 1,000.

o) The daily goal value has now been increased by 1,000 to 6,000. Repeat the process 4 more times to reach 10,000.

p) The new target value is now 10,000 steps after tapping 5 times. The desired daily goal has been successfully set. (Corrections can be made through further actions if needed). No further action is required to finish.
